RenoMate is a platform that connects customers who need work done with local tradesmen. We provide the means for customers and tradesmen to find each other, communicate, agree a price, and make payment. RenoMate is not a party to the contract for the work itself — that agreement is between the customer and the tradesman directly. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any tradesman on the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. We reserve the right to suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, provides false information, or is used to harm other users.
Disputes about the quality, cost, or completion of work are between the customer and tradesman. RenoMate can help facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving, and does not guarantee resolution of, disputes over work performed. Contact contact@renomateuk.com if you need help raising a concern about another user's conduct on the platform itself.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenoMate is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from work carried out by a tradesman found through the platform, or from a customer's conduct. RenoMate provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users. You may delete your own account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
